How to Call

  1. When your call connects, you will hear an automated message in Japanese.
  2. Depending on what you are calling about, press "2" or "3".
  3. After pressing a number, you will be connected to an operator.
  4. Tell the operator your preferred language in English.
  5. The operator will transfer you to the interpretation center. Please stay on the line.
  6. After you are transferred, you will be able to have a three-way conversation with an operator through an interpreter.
